Not a full service, shady deals with lock manufacturers is the only explanation for only using your stock blanks, therefore excluding anyone with older locks or unusual keys, or in fact anything you don't have a commercial partnership with. Not proper craftsman skill.

I took my watch in for a new battery in late November. They broke the winder and sent off for a new one. That didn't fit so they sent off for another one - same. Sent the whole watch for a repair. They supposedly fitted a new mechanism. I volleyed it and it gaoned again. The watch gained 5 minutes before I got home and the hands were out of alignment. I took it back again for a new movement but they just left on the bench saying it was OK. It wasn't so has been sent away again as they would not accept it is broken and that I'm due for some compensation. Now 2 months later I'm still waiting. Moral... go to a jeweler for watch batteries - cheaper too.

Fantastic place. Needed a quick shoe repair done on site and they took care of us right away and it was done well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went here to get a key cut for my car. I returned when their first attempt didn't work & they happily cut another immediately & reassembled the fob. Top customer service.
