I walked in today just behind a large group, they let me know there would be a wait and I was happy to just sit and wait my turn. When it came to having my nails done I showed them a reference image, they were very quick, happy for me to make an adjustment and fix a small smudge on one of the flowers. Nice people and lots of banter too.
DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. My daughter went in with her friends last Saturday. Not once did they ask for parent consent despite them all being only 14. As you can see from the photos my daughters nails are terrible. The sidewalls of her nails have been damaged, her fingers and nail beds are red raw and painful and the acrylics are pointing in all different directions and straight into the air. When I approached the salon I was told they would not removed them or give a refund. Absolutely disgusting staff. Rude and insulting. This place is dirty and the staff are not properly trained. I have reported them Trading Standards and I will be taking it further. My daughter's nail have been totally wrecked due to their substandard application processes.
Unprofessional … they don’t know at all how to do a simple france nails … I went with a long natural nails and I left with the sorter nails ever and of course no France color just a simple pink color because there was not enough nails to make a red line . maybe they want to earn money and to visit them again to fix that kids manicure … is my first time that I make a comment but was really unprofessional manicure .
I went here yesterday and although there was a few people waiting before me but it wasn’t a long wait only about 10 minutes which isn’t bad at all. Now when I got my nails they were very nice and the person who did my nails was very kinda and kept checking with me to see if I liked them and didn’t mind when I asked if they could be shorter. Overall great service and would definitely recommend and come again!
Friendly staff but very little attention to detail. Manicure had uneven edges and just felt extremely rushed (see picture)
