TD Nails&Beauty Harrogate

my sister came in yesterday and had an awful experience, she payed £50 for nails that she wasn’t happy with and waited about an hour, she hd showed the lady a picture of how she wanted her nails and she started doing them. after 5 minutes the man took over doing her nails without seeing the picture, it wasn’t a full set as she has broken her finger but still charged her full price. they didn't give her options for the base colour and just did as they wanted. they were also very rude and unwelcoming and just looked grumpy when i went back with her to ask if they could do the french tip again they made me sit there for 45 mins without talking to me and ignoring us. this has lead me to leave this review as i’m so disappointed with the service. will not be coming back!

Best nail shop in town they take time to get your nails exactly how you want them i will be going back every time!!

Complete waste of my time. Made an appointment more than 2 weeks ago and walked in today and we were put in a queue and sat for 30 minutes with no movement whatsoever. Left and walked into another salon around the corner and won’t be returning to TD Nails at all.

Called to see if they provided dip (sns powder) nail service and set an appointment before I arrived, was told they did offer the service and set an appointment time. When I arrived for my appointment time they did not have someone available to assist me and then I was told that they did not offer the service I was booked for.

Absolutely brilliant with their work and reasonable price
