We are delighted with the transformation which Lee has brought about in our 25 year old pine kitchen. From the outset Lee was extremely helpful in advising on details of what would be involved, timings, colour choice and selection of door handles. He even went to the trouble of painting up a spare door to let us see what the final finish would look like. When it came to the job, Lee was meticulous in his preparation and attention to detail; he was always punctual, kept us informed of his plans at all times, communicated well and treated our home with care and respect. We cannot speak highly enough of his skill and professionalism and are delighted with his refurbishment of our kitchen.

We cannot recommend Lee highly enough. Our dated and tired kitchen now looks brand new thanks to Lee’s expertise and exceptional workmanship. His attention to detail is incredible and the standard of finish is flawless. He offered great suggestions to help create a more modern look with contrasting colours in certain areas - something we would never have thought of but adds a real wow factor. A truly professional service from the first meeting to the final instructions on how to look after our updated units and it was a pleasure having Lee in the house. The final result has far exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend Lee.

We have a 10 year old kitchen with 50% factory painted cabinets. We needed these repainting and despite getting quotes for spraying and/or various hand painters who can "do it within days" we found LEE at IMAGINATIVE INTERIORS. Lee quoted for the repainting but couldn't do it for 10 months !! He just completed the work and I can absolutely say it was worth waiting those 10 months. Lee kept us informed of timing and his daily process every step of the way . The job took 3 weeks in total; on the first day Lee took all the draw/cabinet/unit fronts away to his own workshop. Lee returned to our house on the 3rd week to prepare and paint all the framework and on the last day all the draws etc were returned and perfectly refitted. That meant we had only minor disruption in our kitchen. On the 6 days Lee was working in the kitchen we had little or no disruption. The end result is unbelievable. The finish he has achieved is better than new and I can't describe how pleased we are with the outcome. Lee's process and workmanship is perfect and he is a perfectionist, his attention to detail is incredible. Non painted surfaces/floors/worktops were meticulously masked off to prevent stray brush marks , but he really didn't need to as there were no stray marks anywhere !! As a true Yorkshireman I always need to moan about everything; the only thing I can moan about is that I have NOTHING TO MOAN ABOUT !! I had to wait a while but it was certainly worth the wait. Lee's attention to detail and meticulous work is undeniable and an art in itself! He is certainly a master at his craft and has turned my kitchen into a beautiful place to be. I have had so many compliments on the painted finish and also the colour, which Lee was able to specially tint and make bespoke for me. I contacted Lee some months back after being drawn to the professional looking nature of his website and work. I wanted my kitchen cabinets painting, a big job and one I wanted doing with an expert and professional hand. I had to wait some months for Lee to fit us in which he was very upfront about. He provided a hugely comprehensive quote which we found very reasonable given the work to be undertaken. Fast forward to September 2022, Lee began the work and all I can say is that he was worth waiting for. His communication is excellent, his punctuality precise, his work and attention to detail is exemplary and his manner is professional, friendly and kind. We left him our house key as we were away for part of the refurbishment, and he treated our home with respect and courtesy. You would be lucky to find a tidier and more reliable artist. Thank you Lee.
