Took a prescription in on Friday and was assured the medication was in stock at the suppliers and would be available for collection Saturday afternoon. Tried to ring several times and no answer so drove into town, only to be told the prescription would not be ready till Tuesday. I had tried other pharmacies so double checked the Saturday collection before leaving the script! Misleading and disappointing as well as leaving my son 4 days before starting antibiotics.
Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve been to and I have been to a few due to my health. My prescription went in last night, I tried to call three times to ensure it would get picked up and prepared (antibiotics), no answer. Phoned again this morning, no answer. Went in on my lunch break, “Due to our nationwide policy we do not print of prescriptions until patients come in” - 30min wait, I’m on my lunch break… so I had to leave and hope it’s ready tonight, so I potentially lose two days of where I could’ve been improving with antibiotics, because Boots Harrogate didn’t answer the phone twice and then didn’t have enough staff to get prescriptions ready!
Terrible terrible customer service. Absolutely horrendous from a woman called oksana. Rude and condescending
