We have been using Cohens for a number of years and, although they no longer deliver, the current process of the prescription being passed directly to them from the Surgery and Cohens then informing us when it is ready works well. If there is an issue with items we are kept informed. There is also a follow-up process from a pharmacist when starting new medicines. The staff (even more so recently) are very pleasant and helpful. They also offer a range of other checks such as blood pressure. All in all we have no issues recommending them.

Awful service, turned away twice saying the prescription was not with them. Left with no medication and on the third visit they did have it but was made to wait a long time again.

I was having problems taking the correct amount of my medication. I spoke to Jess from the pharmacy. She recommended a dosette box and was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was very happy with the excellent customer service.

Popped in while I was taking my baby to the GP as I believed I had a sinus infection. Within 10 minutes I had a consultation, prescription, and was headed out the door all with the warming friendliness from the team. Thank you so much!

I recently had my covid jab given by Leah. I am a bit of a nervous person when having I injections but she put me at my ease and explained to me In a very patient way why having another covid jab was important given my age. Parking was easy and I have had no reaction to the jab.
