Never answers the phone!!! Edit... Thank you for the fake response! If you were listening to the feedback you receive, than you wouldn't have so many poor ones... Also! If I could have got into store I would have, but due to disabilities I am unable to do this... I understand that you have customers that come in store, but please don't ignore the ones who can't actively come in and answer the phone (it wasn't just today I haven't been able to get in contact)
I'm starting to lose patience with Day Lewis. All businesses have "staffing issues" but it's been going on for months now. My prescriptions are supposed to go into the 24 hour collection point and I'm supposed to receive a text message. The last twice, having heard nothing for a week or more, I've wandered in and my prescription has been ready behind the counter. Both times, the fact that it wasn't in the machine was blamed on staffing issues and on the second occasion, I was assured it wouldn't happen again. This time around, when I didn't hear anything for a week, I presumed the same thing had happened, so I went and stood for 30 minutes in a queue that stretched around the entire shop. When I finally reached the front, I was told that they'd taken 6 days to scan the prescription into their own system and now, 3 days later (9 days after my GP practice sent them my prescription), it still wasn't ready. Again, staffing issues were blamed. As a former recruiter of pharmacy staff myself, I can tell you that these "staffing issues" aren't especially difficult to solve. Perhaps the primary "staffing issue" is the person who's responsible for ensuring the place is adequately staffed in the first place?
Poor. I took time out of my hectic working day to take unused meds to a pharmacy, parked, walked there, queued up. The miserable assistant in the Day Lewis was uniquely unhelpful. Handed them straight back, because they were still in their packaging. Unhelpful, grumpy, making it harder to do the right thing. Won't be using that pharmacy again.
Very friendly and helpful. Under pressure, but very busy pharmacy. Flu, Covid vaccines very professional and nice staff administrating these services. Weight loss program second to none and professional. Other services offered are dealt with professionally. Slowly on the up.
Waited nearly an hour to be told they’d “misplaced” my prescription, so I have to try other chemists in the hope they have some. My husband couldn’t get his text message with the code to retrieve his prescription from the automated kiosk and there’s no system to find out which compartment it’s in, and they were too busy to open all the compartments. They now always seem to have a queue of 10 people or more waiting to be served. This isn’t the fault of the lady at the counter. She does her best. Apparently most prescriptions are sent to a ‘hub’ where robots dispense the drugs. A member of staff told me it’s much slower since that system came in. And they don’t even open Saturdays!
