In my opinion this pharmacy has gone down hill considerably recently. I have been left without vital medications regularly, including insulin and without a way of monitoring my blood sugars. When you ring the pharmacy they will promise you the items will be out that day, but they never are. I was without insulin for the full bank holiday weekend. I am considering taking my custom elsewhere, but I’m waiting on so many medications I’m tied to this place for now!
Had my Covid vaccine here this week. Administrator didn't introduce herself and was very curt. I didn't know her credentials. The room was grubby and made me concerned re hygiene. 3 syringes already drawn up on a dirty looking table. Didn't inspire confidence.
Thank you to Harrogate Pharmacy for excellent service throughout the year. The delivery of all our medication's is a life saver. We both had our COVID jabs with you this year and the service was amazing . Thank you all so much.
