Staff are lovely but use of a robot to generate repeat prescriptions is not, I’ve moved my Grandma’s pharmacy now due to this as she needed something urgently (she’s diabetic) and they couldn’t pull it back.

Excellent local pharmacy, kind and friendly staff, my prescriptions are always ready on time and the shop is bright and clean. Recently had my flu jab here too which was so much easier than going to the surgery

NHS Appointment for Flu and COVID. They first said they had no record of my appointment though I had appointment with NHS requested. Then they said I can’t have COVID injection because I was on chemotherapy, when I was on Prostap injections which are hormone meds not chemotherapy according to McMillan. So then they said I wasn’t eligible yet I was, according to the NHS. now I won’t be called again for it. Despicable!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to resolve the issue for the patient. In contrast, I had a very disappointing experience with the Boots pharmacy on Cambridge Street. Despite my GP sending a long-term prescription to them two weeks prior, they failed to process it, and I was told to buy the prescription from other pharmacies without any concern for my health. The staff were dismissive and rude, showing no sense of responsibility or care for patient wellbeing. I was under a great deal of stress as I was running out of essential medication, which posed a serious risk to my health. Thankfully, when I contacted P+H Pharmacy—even though they were not my nominated pharmacy—their staff promptly helped me order the prescription. Their professionalism and compassion made a huge difference, and I truly believe this is the standard of care every patient deserves from a healthcare provider. I moved to this pharmacy immediately without hesitation.

Great place - fast, friendly and considerate service. Prescriptions made up no issues. Good location , parking may be a bit tricky if needed (I was on foot though)
