Well Pharmacy

Impossible to reach on phone. Slowest service I've known and very unwelcoming. Medication regularly delayed, no text service and as they hardly ever answer the phone no way if finding out if it's ready. Things missing from order and several times items in my medication that's someone else's name. Sadly they are not alone in this behaviour. 2 stars for parking....be careful it's an outside company, and a star for opening hours.

Really worrying staff turnover. Often short of the full stock for prescriptions of common medication which seems badly managed. Frequently the long queue gets ignored and you are left to stand without service. Prices on the shelves are all "innacurate" because they never bother updating the tags. The whole medical centre is also like a tourist hotspot for complete nutters, and any security process for the whole building is all for show unless directed at hassling the patient group rather than any actual good practice. Very graspy behaviour with patient accounts and records left me feeling very suspicious.

Extremely rude member of staff, lacking customer service, told me off for asking for a medication that is sold over the counter. would not even offer me an alternative or advice to a more suitable one. I doubt they look at these reviews, and if they did they would not care.

No idea what they are talking about. Refused to serve the poor gentleman in front of me who was clearing in pain and had been sent there specifically. I then saw the “Pharmacist” there who didn’t have the first clue. As a doctor myself this pharmacy is a disgrace. AVOID THIS PLACE.

It seems they don't keep the staff for very long , and the ones that are there, aren't efficient enough to get prescriptions ready for waiting customers, leaving queues to form with endless exasperated customers. This pharmacy definitely needs an overhaul in organisation in order to perform a much better service . The place is a mess, with staff that run around like headless chickens going nowhere fast . It needs order amongst the chaos with clear English speaking staff.
