Walked in with prescription and walked out with it 5 minutes later..easy and excellent..thank you
Won't be going back. Asked to speak to pharmacist as part of Pharmacy First self referral. Pharmacist very dismissive and no privacy. Ended up contacting GP anyway
My prescription is always ready on schedule and staff are helpful. Like all public facing workers they appreciate a smile and thank you especially when working under a great deal of pressure.
Pharmacist has a tendancy to sleep in. Don't rely on 9 being the opening time.
Like many others, it worries me that this pharmacy is used by so many elderly people with the retirement home opposite. The staff give the impression that they don't care at all and really could do with some training in how to become effective and decent communicators. I avoid at all costs.
