We used Marc and Aqua for our new bathroom and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the time of planning Marc was very detailed and offered different ideas and for the space we already had. He also put us in touch with a great designer and supplier who brought our ideas to life. Not only that but they were able to fully fit it while we were away for our 12 day holiday. The finished product was superb and we absolutely love it.

Fantastic service - the flush mechanism in our office toilet had disintegrated and left us with water constantly flushing through over the weekend. Phoned round several local plumbers, most didn't respond or only do boilers/heating systems - Aqua seem to have separate admin staff so you can always get through and were immediately helpful, shifted their schedules to get an engineer out same day and problem fixed in a couple of hours. Great quality work and very reasonably priced, highly recommended.

After an initial visit, a part was ordered for our shower but couldn’t be fitted. Instead, we were given a quote to replace the entire space, which was far beyond our budget. A few months later, I called again regarding an issue with our radiator and asked if they could also take another look at the shower. I chased this up three times and each time was told someone would call me back — but nobody ever did. In the end, I went with another local plumber who resolved both issues in under two hours. It’s clear they’re not interested in smaller jobs, but it felt pretty rude to be ignored after repeatedly reaching out.

We’ve used Marc and Aqau for two jobs on our home now. The en-suite in the master bedroom in 2020 and the conversion of a box room into a bathroom in 2021. What first struck me about Marc (aside from the fact he’s always smiling) is his attention to detail! He obviously has a passion for what he does, and it really comes across in the design and implementation of his work. He always ensures that pipework is either hidden or presented in a minimal, tasteful way. He pays great attention to ensuring symmetry of fittings and he’ll offer the right balance of helping you achieve what you want whilst ensuring that what you want is practical and long lasting. Never feel that you can’t ask Mark silly questions, he’s always happy to offer advise from his wealth of experience and is a genuinely personable and friendly guy. I’ve never had any cause to regret using Marc and Maria and I would and have happily recommended them to others. Great work Aqua. Thank you!

Marc did a fantastic job on our loft bathroom, and new boiler installation. His work is spot on, the end result is superb. His attention to detail is what sets him apart. His knowledge and advise is generously given, it was a pleasure having him around.
