Our hot water boiler had finally given up the ghost and stopped working completely, leaving us without any hot water. It wasn’t easy to get someone out immediately, but MV were extremely responsive, I well remember the phone call; “we better come round and sort this out”. Mid-morning three people turned up including the owner. As good as his word, our problem was sorted and by teatime we had a new boiler fitted and working. The job was efficiently completed, causing minimum disruption, and at a great price. It was also pleasing to see the owner patiently tutoring an apprentice he had brought with him. I have no hesitation in recommending MV to others.
