Worst delivery centre. Packages never come on time. Staff just “forget” to drop things off. Good luck trying to contact them or get a hold of anyone. Unconditional opening times. I have medication come on a special delivery before 12pm. It’s now 80 hours late. With no help. Honestly if you want to order anything from Royal Mail. Just don’t bother.
They updated a parcel tracking for the guaranteed delivery “dispatched and out for delivery” and it never came meaning I wasted a full day waiting in the house for it.
Just caught the delivery driver outside my local post office before she got back in her van, couldn’t be bothered to open the van door again and put my cards in the sack she’d just collected🤦♀️no wonder people are falling out of love with this company, why don’t people take pride in their work and care about their customers anymore?😔
Rude when I asked to please put in my safe space.he had ear pods in so begrudgingly took them out because he could /didnt want to hear me then he walked off ignoring my request for the safe place said he won't deliver if I'm not in? van hg38 needs to learn a bit more English and learn to follow polite customer requests. The fact royal mail actually give us choices makes it rediculous he won't deliver to my safe space yet he's happy to choose somewhere else in my garden that I don't want.guys an attitude problem.
My parcel that I’d paid to be delivered wasn’t delivered because of the snow, despite the fact that Amazon managed to deliver a parcel on the same day that Royal Mail couldn’t manage it. I then had a message to say they couldn’t delivered it on the next working day for the same reason - again, Amazon seemed to manage it without a problem. Now I have to go and collect the parcel that I’ve paid to have delivered from a collection centre only open from 8-10am or my parcel will be returned to the sender! Perhaps it’s time to let Amazon take over, as they seem to be able to do the job they get paid for on a consistent basis without the need for me to drive to their offices to do what I’ve paid them to do! Just in case anyone from Royal Mail actually reads these reviews - remember what happened to all of the other dinosaurs!
