Made contact with R&R after seeing their work elsewhere in Harrogate. Spoke with the MD Daniel who was polite and professional. Obtaining a quotation thereafter was easy and efficiently dealt with. Work was completed within 1 week of being quoted. The team who arrived on site were pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of their surroundings. They completed the work effectively and professionally through extremely bad weather. High wind and persistent rain. We would recommend R&R and will use them again in the future. Cheers. Needed some roof repairs undertaking post storm Erin and contacted R&R projects to assist. Dan and the team were great from start to Finish - hugely impressed with the drone roof survey to kick everything off. Once scope was agreed the team onsite were brilliant and worked methodically and diligently - no issues. Would highly recommend if you need minor or major roof repairs.

I found Danny to be extremely professional from start to finish. The initial drone flyover, established early what roof work needed doing. His lads arrived early on the day, cracked on without issue, completed the without any fuss with a clean site left behind. A return visit the following day to check for any blockages and a drone flyover to confirm what had been done, as agreed. Would definitely recommend to others👏👏

Contacted R & R regarding numerous chimney & roof issues & spoke with Daniel who attended on the same day & carried out a drone survey which confirmed work I’d previously paid another roofing company to carry out either hadn’t been done or incorrectly repaired with the use of silicon. I received a quote which was very competitive & work commenced a couple of days later, this included removal & re-seating of all the ridge tiles, the chimney stack re-pointed, new lead flashing & re-crowned, numerous slates replaced, gutter & facia boards repaired & new lead flashing to a bay window roof. Jake & Caelan were friendly & polite & kept me informed throughout the few days they were on site. They left the site really tidy at the end of each day of work They worked hard in weather ranging from high temperatures of 30 degrees on a couple of days followed by torrential rain on the next. The work they’ve done looks great & water ingress now appears to have stopped despite several heavy downpours. I would highly recommend R&R for their quality work, great service & competitive pricing. Fantastic experience!

Getting an R&R skip was easy. Booking was easy; delivery was on time and done well; and the pick up after we filled the skip was easy. Special shout out to their skip delivery driver. He was friendly, professional and just good at his job.
