I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Lucy and the entire team at LCF. Easy app to upload all documents. Amazing communication via email and phone. Fast to respond to any questions I had. Absolutely brilliant service selling my house in a stressful time and with a large chain under me and buyers solicitors being hard to contact. The entire process was easy. Highly recommend them! (I wish I’d used them for my purchase too!)

We've just experienced a well managed sale of our property using LCF Residential as our solicitor. The process was conducted using the LCF app in which all the documents required for the sale and communication between us and LCF appeared. You also get to see clearly how far through the process you are. In spite of the anonymity of this approach we did in fact get to speak to various members of the LCF team at certain points in the sale when we needed clarification or information. And the whole thing was managed within a very reasonable budget considering what happens in the background. We are pleased with how things went. I've had LCF acting for me in sales and purchases on several occasions over the last 12 years and on this occasion it seemed slicker and more responsive than in the past.

Cannot fault Lucy and the entire Team Indigo at LCF. They acted on our behalf for both our sale and onwards purchase. We had a pretty difficult sale due to our buyers and their solicitors being unreachable quite a lot of the time but Lucy and the team were constantly proactive and chasing on our behalf. Everything from LCF was super speedy and easy to understand. Emails were responded to quickly and everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thankful that they were so brilliant and when we’re ready to move again I won’t hesitate to use their services again! Thank you so much for getting it over the line!!
