I decided to use Powell Eddison as they are a local company and as such it meant I could easily call in if needed. I asked them to deal with the sale of my mother’s house. I was very impressed every step of the way, after making initial contact all of the information including an estimate of costs was sent to me within a matter of hours. I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of the sale and even when Elaine was on leave there was someone there to answer my questions and keep me updated. I would happily recommend them and will use them again in the future, big thank you to Elaine for keeping me updated and making sure we got there in the end.

He offered excellent advice free of charge at this stage and explained everything without jargon and in understandable way.
