My mother wanted to take a sunny trip abroad with her daughters on a £2k budget. I gave Ben the brief and he came up with a few great ideas for us to discuss. We booked a week later, Ben took care of everything and we’ve just arrived back from a delightful Jet2 holiday in Sorrento, Italy. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the process. From booking special assistance for my mother at the last minute, printing all our documents and transfer details out and making sure we were all sitting together on the plane; he had everything in order and that meant that we could relax and enjoy a fabulous holiday seeing the sights of Sorrento, visiting Capri and a night with the 3 Tenors. We’ve had such a brilliant time - thank you Ben so much for all your help, easing the decision-making aspect of a group trip and taking away all the stress.

We had an excellent experience with Ben and The Travel Journal booking our honeymoon to South Africa. We walked in with only a very vague idea of what we were looking for, and left with a full itinerary mapped out by Ben. He booked a complicated 2 week multi-location trip for us, and we couldn’t be happier.
