Windows are locked so no fresh air, the "air con" does nothing.. clean air filters are not doing anything as the air on the bus has no flow so its stale. Very bad easily getting germs from peoples coughs etc. Disgusting
Awful service; Attempted to catch the 14:06 coastliner today from pickering Royal Oak, no signs on the stop to say out of use so waited my time only to be told by a passing member of the public that it wasn't stopping their at the moment (again no signs on the stop and no redirection). Walked to second stop to see bus pulling away, then had to wait a further 1 hour and 20 minutes for the next bus to turn up (it turned up 20 minutes late) bus very slow, taking over 3 hours to reach destination of Leeds instead of predicted 2 hours and 22 minutes. So now about 4 and a half hours with no access to toilets, or anything to drink. It takes special effort to make a service this bad, no wonder people have lost faith in the buses. Horrific ordeal I had to pay for to endure.
Horrendous! Bus didn’t turn up which would have been fine however when I went to the station office to simply ask if the bus was coming, a very angry lady slammed the door in my face! Extremely rude, the company need a customer service representative working, not just a very angry women who clearly hates her job!
Visited scarborough and first bus went straight past and did not stop the bus was overcrowded to say the least when one arrived it said a cleaner would come on board when we stopped off at Melton this did not happen people were being let on board without a face mask also
Where do you start with this bus company.Fisrtly the rudeness of the bus drivers which has left me so upset. They never respond to complaints.High faires for short journeys.It's not just Covid19 that has put people off travelling on buses.
