After fruitless internet hours trying to organise an independent multi-stop holiday to Japan, with all the inherent complexities of a last-minute trip to coordinate hotels, internal rail, flight schedules etc, I reluctantly looked into web-based group tour specialists - but found prices to be excessive. Thus made an appointment with Harrogate TUI and was seen by Amanda, who took time and care to identify my requirements and contacted Gold Medal, their expert partner for one-off Far East itineraries. By the end of our appointment we'd assembled a superb trip, with accommodation far exceeding my expectations, all flights (Emirates) sorted, internal rail arranged and perfect scheduling - all at a truly bargain price. I have recently booked another trip to Florida and we are very familiar with the area, however we were looking for a hotel that would be a little more relaxing on park , "off-days" and provide us with several rooms within the accommodation to give us a little more privacy. We did not want a villa as we still wanted to enjoy hotel facilities. Amanda was immediately able to recommend the The Grove Resort & Water Park which looks amazing. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, the hotel has several bars and restaurants and we are still within close proximity to the attractions. Many thanks for all your hard work Amanda.

We recently visited the store to book a holiday with our newborn baby to Mexico. Naturally, I was very nervous about many aspects of a holiday with a baby which was putting me off booking. Immediately Amanda helped me resolve all of my worries and offered practical solutions. She helped us book our holiday keeping In mind all of the adjustments we’d need for our baby. Her service was exceptional, we had a laugh at the same time. She even went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable to breastfeed my baby during the appointment. And then because I wouldn’t stop talking we were running out on the parking so she whizzed through the final bits of the booking. I couldn’t recommend Amanda enough.
