The Harrogate Vet - Ripon Way

I'd just like to thank you all for how wonderful and compassionate you were when we came in with our very poorly hamster. You were so kind to me and my very sad 9 year old son (actually we were both very sad). Eleanor gave us space and time to say goodbye and was so patient explaining everything to my son. Her words of encouragement about how well he'd looked after her and how well she'd done to get to such a good age was exactly what he needed to hear and he went away feeling so much better about the sad, but inevitable outcome of our visit. The flowers were also a lovely touch which really meant the world. Thank you so much to Eleanor and all the staff working that Friday evening, you were fantastic.

Had first introduction visit and was so impressed. All staff were so kind and clearly care. The vet was patient, had looked at my dogs records and made us both feel very comfortable.

Our pup went in for her spay today. Despite some equipment hiccups the team kept us informed and involved with all the decisions. Abi in particular was incredible in making us and our dog feel at ease. We were even provided with an image of Harley receiving post op cuddles. We have no doubt she was taken care of.

An amazing team of wonderful caring vets! Can’t recommend them enough. Our dog is terrified of the vets and the Harrogate vet went above and beyond to ease his (and ours!) nerves before surgery.

Despite being around a 30min drive from my house, I always go back to The Harrogate Vet. Every time I go they are incredible, and last night was no exception. I was a bit later than what I’d said, but they still greeted me very kindly and saw my cat right away. I always feel like they genuinely want to help and aren’t just looking to make money off you, and they go out of their way to give advice as if you were their friend and not just another patient. The wonderful vet was allergic to cats and she was still happy to be there… I think that says it all. Massive thank you from both me and Buffy :)
