Coopers Cakes & Bakes

Sam was recommended to us by a friend. She made our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Her communication was brilliant and she answered any questions I had before we booked them. She also liaised with our florist and the florist she uses to ensure the flowers would be suitable for cakes and also match my bouquet. We also arranged for her to make us some gluten free cupcakes and they were delicious too (as you can tell by us eating one before the photo!) Thank you so much!

We were delighted with the semi-naked Victoria sponge with fresh fruit that we ordered from Sam for our daughter's first birthday. The cake was beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the photo on the website. It tasted really fresh and delicious and had a lovely texture. The buttercream icing was particularly good. We had lots of compliments from our guests. Just as Sam had advised, a 7-inch cake was plenty for 15 people. We even had some left over, and it kept really well in the fridge for a couple of days. We were looking for a simple, traditional birthday cake, and Sam delivered exactly what we wanted. Thanks again!
