A fantastic find during a brief stay in Harrogate. A wonderful range of cakes, pastries and savouries with great coffee. And the service was brilliant. A special mention for Tash for going the extra mile to be helpful. It was so good we came back the next day.
You need to be in Deliveroo!! Or another delivery service… 🚚 Could be making so much more money! My mum is sick of us sending her there! 😂 Also one panini available causing arguments with me and my sister! 🤣
I will not be re visiting this bakery again. The staff were stood badmouthing other people’s appearances. On arrival to the counter to order, after placing my drink down, a male staff member thought it was ok to undermine me by connecting my appearance with the one they were bad mouthing. This is totally unacceptable, sexist and discriminatory. I left feeling upset and shocked. I will be sure to let my close friends, family and work colleagues not to visit this place too. I do hope that the employer of this business takes their employees behaviour in to consideration.
There’s no queue down the street — just a politely chaotic one snaking awkwardly inside, as hopeful patrons cling to the belief that something extraordinary awaits. Spoiler: it doesn’t. This is less “café experience” and more “DIY dining with caffeine on the side.” You queue, you order, then you play musical chairs while eyeing up tables like a hawk, only to clear someone else’s crumbs before you can sit. Charming. The staff, bless them, are trying — but it’s a skeleton crew running a full ship. It’s all a bit style over substance, like someone designed it for Instagram but forgot the coffee should actually taste of something. As for the brew itself? Bland, forgettable, and probably the least exciting thing you’ll sip in Harrogate — a town teeming with cafés that do get it right. This one feels more like a pop-up that overstayed its welcome. Amateur hour with a latte on top.
Fabulous food and drink. Loved the pain au raisin and flat white especially. Excellent service from Natasha. She could not have been more helpful or professional. Will visit again!
