Auto Discount

Great small business. Guys care. Great service. Over the years, I’ve come here, & brought my daughter here for parts for Grandaughters car. They’ve helped/sorted bits/parts for my last 3 cars, and today was car paint, primer, filler. Service & caring is an extra these day, but not with these guys

Went there for some touch up paint for the car. These guys were great, they could not have been more helpful and they were extremely knowledgeable. Could not recommend highly enough.

Yesterday I purchased 4 dust caps and was charged £1.99 pence and I mentioned at the time that I thought that this was excessive for basically 4 tiny pieces of plastic. When I got home I checked the price with Halfords and other companies to find the price elsewhere is 0.99pence. I phoned Auto Discount to explain that they had charged me more than double the price and as you are 'auto discount' this shouldn't be the case. I was told that I could have a refund if I returned them. I went back today to make the return and I assume it was the owner who attended to me and in a rude and obnoxious manner said why did I buy them in the first place and accused me of shouting at his 'lad' yesterday when I phoned to inform of the price difference. I did not shout on the phone, I merely pointed out that if you are auto discount how can you charge me over double the price, which was obviously not to the owner's liking. I suggest your 'lad' needs to toughen up and act like a man. When leaving the shop today and said I wouldn't be returning I received the sarcastic parting remark 'see ya'. (I would prefer to be giving no stars, if that was possible, which it isn't)

Aerosol mix and match paint, Happy to take my money, but colour was no where near, when taken back told me to go to vauxhall, as there colour code on vehicle wasn't correct. No refund considered as computer said it was correct.

Extremely lucky to have a shop like this on our doorstep! No question is too silly and I'm never made to feel like I'm being oversold. Would highly recommend to anyone, the team are great in both the shop and garage side. New number plates take about 15 minutes and are made while you wait, look sharp and for a reasonable price. ***** 😊
