Paul, the mechanic, has serviced my bikes for many years. He’s friendly, capable and has an endearing sense of humour. He’s gone the extra mile (pardon the pun) and more often than not will break off to manage to fix a pop in repair for me. Chevin should be well supported as a LBS because they’re disappearing fast and whilst buying from the internet can be convenient and competitively priced, try getting a favour from a store or company you have no relationship with. Chevin offers great value all round.

Purchased a new bike & few extras from Chevin cycles Harrogate the service was excellent. Etienne was extremely knowledgeable, clearly passionate about cycling and went out of his way to answer our questions. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend.

Thanks to Jamie, Sanj and the team for great service getting my new Trek Checkpoint gravel bike ready with the additional redshift kit to make it the perfect bike for backpacking tours. Customer service from the team at Chevin is amazing. The workshop staff take the time to listen to me, explain any repairs and make sure that my bike is set up exactly as I want it. They are always happy to answer questions about day to day maintenance. The sales staff are equally knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure that customers get the best bike whatever their budget. As an older female cyclist, it's refreshing to deal with a bike shop that doesn't patronise and where the ethos is cycling is most definitely for everyone. Thank you Chevin Cycles.

Had a really great experience here. Apologies but I didn’t get the name of the person who helped us. He showed me several bikes, set them up correctly so I could sit on them and finally sent a quote so I could process this with my cycle to work scheme. Looking forward to getting my bike!
