The Electric Bike Shop Harrogate

I purchased an e-bike from the harrogate store here and there there was a slipping noise while peddling within the first two week a crank arm fell off while I was in the road a narrowly invaded an accidentan engineer was sent to replace the crank arm he checked the noise replaced the crank arm and he said the bike was okay a month later the Yamaha logo fell off the motor and one was sent to replace it since then a brake lever has failed at the contacting the store. I was informed that the person who built my bike had been sacked for not performing his job properly I’ve had the bike examined by an engineer under my own expense in which he informed me that none of the suspension bolts or the cassette had been tightened to a factory specification. This cost me approximately £200 to rectify including parts and labour after contacting the Ibby store they denied any accountability for the improper assembly of my bike and refused to reimburse me for the expense three week ago the bike bicycle wheel buckled while I was on a trail. I had a very serious accident in which I broke some of my fingers after contacting the Ibby store. They pointed out from the photos that the spokes may not have been tightened correctly and still refused any accountability for the incorrect assembly of my bicycle. They offered me some discounted parts to repair the bike but I yet to return my calls. So I have ordered some parts again of my own expense which has cost me over £200 once moreThe bottom line is in my experience I did not receive a bike that was tightened to factory specifications. Almost all sections of this bike has needed to be re-tightened a few value. Your health I would recommend going with someone more competent to build bikes and House the ability to accept accountability for the shortcomings of their so-called engineers

I've had really good service from this bike shop local to me. My e-bike gears needed re-indexing which was done really well as part of an overall service. Since then they've helped me out with very minor issues concerning other bikes without charge . Recommend

I was dreading walking into the shop. I'd researched what I thought would be best for me but there are so many options my head was spinning. Up popped Alex with a massive smile on his face. He listened to this old bloke talking rubbish then made everything so simple. It was so wonderfully refreshing! So easy! Decision was made in minutes and I absolutely love the bike. I'm completely hooked and to be honest I wouldn't go anywhere else for advice or to buy other accessories. Alex was fantastic. So good to talk to someone who lives and breathes biking and is so passionate about the subject. Top bloke, top shop and a fantastic bike. Can't speak too highly.
