My wife went in store to try an outfit displayed in window. Decided to purchase a silver evening dress. All staff were excellent and they even had comfy chairs for husbands/ partners to sit in whilst decisions were made. Thanks to staff for making the experience less painfull than usual in other shops.

I've been shopping at Jigsaw for a number of years. I always enjoy going into the Harrogate store as the staff are always friendly and helpful. I love their jumpers. They are classic styles with a modern twist.

Every now and again I find a 'gem'. Whilst not a brand I holistically embrace, they do have some pieces that are special. The staff in the Harrogate store are so lovely

Claire and her team are exceptionally customer centric, warm engaging kind and caring about their customer base, one of my regular places when I visit town is Jigsaw…apart form the great designs and great quality the sheer joy of the girls here makes me very visit fabulous 🤗 thank you
