Some very nice brands but the staff are rude at times and will happily ignore and look down their noses at you. Was trying a coat on and a member of staff literally cut me off mid sentence to serve someone else!

Purchased some smart wear for a couple of nights out. Extremely helpful staff , nothing was too much hassle. Helped me choose the style and look that I wanted. The clothing is really nice and modern in this store , the best I have seen in Harrogate. Will definitely return when I need some more. Thankyou !

Lovely shop, good range of quality brands and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. On a recent visit to Harrogate (from Cambridge) my husband bought a very nice pair of jeans which needed the legs turning up. Despite the jeans being in the sale, and us travelling back to Cambridge the next day, the staff ensured these were promptly tailored and returned to us within 2 working days - excellent service, highly recommended.

Very disappointed. The sign of an excellent retailer is their after sales care and consideration. This despite being a regular customer of the ladies and gents stores is non existent . Buyer beware any issue with goods is not dealt with you are simply dismissed. You have lost excellent customers from both your stores.
