Rufford's

I can't think of any nicer mens brands than Barbour and RM Williams so I took my son to Rufford's to try on a few items in person. Such a welcoming, well laid out shop with a lovely sense of space. The friendly dark-haired woman who helped us - sorry I didn't get her name - was very helpful without being at all pushy and we left with the perfect jacket. They obviously take great pride in their gorgeous shop- it was spotless.

Harrogate is a favourite of my husbands and I to visit and to shop. This visit we was lucky to find the new shop Ruffords. Wow it was great both men and women. We both came away with something. The shop is stunning and the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. my husband said the assistant who helped him couldn’t do enough and was so friendly. I tried on several items and the help, advice from the manager who was lovely. I bought 2 items she recommended which I wouldn’t have tried on but love them, the trousers are so flattering. We will be back in October and it’s definitely on our places to visit. Nice to see a shop with men and women’s wear. Although I won on spending as usual 😁

Absolutely gorgeous shop. My husband and I received what I would class as 5 star service. We purchased a lovely sweater from the menswear and a leather whiskey holder, The items were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, almost too nice to open! The staff were so welcoming from the minute we arrived, they were warm, friendly and professional. I’ve also loved the ladies wear and the Country hats. Excellent shop. I will be a regular customer and I can highly recommend a visit to it. Staff and clothing, accessories and hats are all fabulous.

Ruffords in Harrogate is a truly stunning boutique—elegant, beautifully styled, and a pleasure to browse. The collections are exceptional, with a wonderful variety of premium brands (Holland Cooper remains a personal favourite). What made my visit especially memorable was the impeccable service from Josephine. Her expertise, warmth, and effortless humour not only helped me find the perfect pieces but also turned shopping into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’m already looking forward to returning to this gem of a store. A welcome addition to the Hgate!

This is one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. The team were so friendly and really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. The clothes are not only stylish but comfortable too – I’ve already had compliments when wearing them!
