One of my absolute favourite shops. I love the clothing and have bought a lot of dresses, tops and trousers over the years- all good quality and attractive patterns/styles. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. It’s a joy to shop there and I’m so glad we have a Seasalt store in Harrogate.

I visited the Harrogate branch yesterday and was very disappointed by the dismissive attitude of the staff. I had only visited Harrogate to specifically visit that shop. My friend and I turned on our heals and went back to the York branch and were made to feel so welcome and part of the seasalt family. Once back in my happy place I number of purchases.

What a delight this shop is. I treated myself to a few new things with help from Yvonne & her colleague. They were so helpful and it made the whole experience fun. Thank you! (Yes there'll be photos of me wearing Seasalt at my son's graduation in Oxford next week 🙂)

One of my wife’s favourite shops but… Just tried to return an item for a refund on behalf of my wife and was told I couldn’t because she would have to sign the return note. When I suggested I could sign it I was told that would be fraud. What an absolutely ridiculous and time wasting set of rules to burden your staff and most importantly customers with. Get with the 21st century Seasalt!!
