I have been coming to the Harrogate store for about 18 months now and always had a great experience, with staff that genuinely want to help with my questions and recommendations for very sensitive skin products. I don’t spend a silly amount but every purchase feels like it’s personalised, I wanted to also give a mention to Fran their makeup specialist. I had my race day makeup done last week and she made the whole experience incredible, listened to my needs and I ended up coming back today to buy some products she used! She’s a credit to the company so I hope this feedback is passed on to her 🩷

Visited the store today Christmas shopping. Absolutely awful. Rude staff barking at us that the store was closing. Unhelpful. Won’t be returning. Staff training required in manners and customer service.

I popped in on Saturday to get a facemask for a girls night - feeling a bit flat about my skin/ age. A really lovely sales girl ( dark hair) showed me the Dennis Gross range and spent time getting the perfect hourglass foundation match, she was so lovely - and my skin looks amazing, im so grateful for her recommendations

Hattie was amazing when I came to try new foundation last month. She knows the brands very well and was able to show me the cruelty -free brands and choose the right colour. Will be back

First visit to Space NK to purchase gift voucher for my niece. Staff suggested I join the rewards club and they helped me choose some new make up. What an amazing collection of all prices of great make up and skin care. Will be back. Love my new lip oil. Feels fabulous. See you soon.
