Specialized Concept Store Harrogate

I had a great experience buying my bike from Specialized Harrogate. The team were patient and very helpful, answering all my questions and offering excellent advice throughout. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and it was a real pleasure dealing with Charles. I’m absolutely delighted with my new bike and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!

I’ve had an issue with the chip paint… It was looked after through the Specialized Concept in Harrogate. All member staff are so friendly and eager to help! I have just had amazing service from all the staff and in particular Joseph Storey Taylor. They have fitted me for a women’s cycle saddle ( including the 28 day trial) and sorting out a replacement for me to get the very best fit. The store have been flexible and incredibly helpful. Will definitely be back and I certainly recommend them!

Collected my new bike today, absolute dream bike. Couldn’t be happier with the general service at the store but a special shout out to Joe, Charles and Felix for their consistent professionalism and endless patience with all my questions and uncertainty. They literally couldn’t have been any more helpful and I’m delighted with my new bike.
