Particular staff member very unhelpful and unfriendly, it is very easy to buy online these days, with that in mind I feel customer service should be about bringing in the most amount of sales on the shop floor and making customers want to buy in store due to having a good experience. Toast is an expensive brand the service should be exceptional. I experienced a woman with brown long hair be unsmiling, unengaged and what my mother experienced was a judgemental attitude, customer aren’t unaware of the vibe created by the staff in the shop.

Lovely store for Toast with over 20 years of history. 2 sides of the store next to each other, men and women clothes, very simple and pleasing esthetics. Definitely must visit when you're in Harrowgate

I’ve been a fan of Toast for many years, but ever since moving to Manchester, I’ve bought much less—mainly because it’s quite far from London and I’m not a fan of online shopping. However, after visiting the Toast store in Harrogate for the first time last December, I rediscovered my love for the brand. Every time I visit, all the staff I encounter are incredibly professional and thoughtful. Their recommendations are always unique, and the store’s displays and product selection actually feel more varied than the London locations. I especially appreciate that there’s a men’s store right next to the women’s one—it makes for a perfect one-stop shopping experience.

Re Aline denim dress: Arrived 24 hours after purchase! 100% delighted, super long, super comfortable, deliberate choice of larger size to keep it flowing! Thanking the lady who got me sorted! She wont recall me, but she has has been v helpful in the past Heavier denim, perfect for now/winter. Can make it slightly shorter due to the buttons at the back - good with boots,shoes or trainers! PS I'm not Bill! I'm Annamarie :)

5 stars is not enough. I am a loyal customer who travels over from Leeds to shop here. All fabulous assistants, very helpful without being pushy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clothes are on the pricey side but in my opinion, well worth it for the quality and originality. Highly recommend a visit.
