Saw FB ads over a period of time and ordered an instant dryer tea towel, tempted by other reviews. I telephoned Woods when my purchase was unfortunately delivered to an incorrect house and Andrew at Woods was really helpful and kind. I received my replacement the very next day (today), to my surprise, and am really pleased with my purchase and moreover the superb customer care at Woods. I enjoyed the instant dryer's lightweight softness, large size, and am impressed the linen itself also dries quickly - this tea towel changed my habitual laziness tonight to dry the dishes (especially after a long shift at work) and I am really pleased with myself, pluwith an empty draining board to greet me in the morning for a nice change. I'm still hoping the wrong address household will do the right thing and return to sender.
