Absolutely fabulous shopping experience. I was quite nervous snout finding the right dress however Kirstie put my mind at rest and was exceptional about helping me find the right dress for my daughter's wedding. A fantastic selection of dresses in lots of different styles and colours. Kirstie also helped me to choose a fascinator that matched exactly. I've had many compliments about my outfit and couldn't have felt any better on the day. Thank you Kirstie!

A close friend recommended Snooty Frox to me just a few days ago and I can’t thank her enough! I booked an appointment and attended today and have left feeling very excited with my purchase for my son’s wedding later this year. The service was personalised to help me find my perfect dress and hat. I was overwhelmed by the vast amount of dresses to choose from and went with an open mind. The member of staff offered her advice and feedback and even arranged for a small alteration to be completed before we left. A first class service today. Make Snooty Frox your first place to look for your special occasion outfit; you won’t be disappointed. No photos to share yet …. as my dress is top secret for now until after the wedding. Just a further update, of the outfit I wore for my sons wedding to his beautiful bride on the 8-8-24. It was an amazing wedding day at woodhill hall and I wore the amazing dress that Amanda helped me to choose. I was one proud mam and I got so many compliments on my hat and dress. Last review below Attended my appointment today at Snooty frox harrogate. Amanda was my dresser, and she was fabulous. I did buy a dress and hat for my sons wedding. I haven't added the dress to the pictures as I am keeping it a secret until the wedding. However, this is another one I tried and also liked. I then went to their posh cafe upstairs and it was delicious. A big shout out to Amanda thank you x

What a fabulous shop with an award winning restaurant above it (The Wild Plum). Coordinated by colour, the rails have an array of unique and exquisite clothes. My Mum and me had a 1.5 hour appointment with Tina our stylist and I wondered how we would find something in that time with so many beautiful clothes to choose from. Tina was so organised and warm. She made us feel at ease, especially Mum who hates trying clothes on and usually avoids it at all costs. Tina requested our brief; such as style of venue, bridesmaid dress colour etc. She promptly selected some dresses by colour, style to suit my Mums shape and gently persuaded Mum to try dresses she would never choose herself. Well the first dress along with shoes, fascinator and clutch bag made me cry, twice! Mum still proceeded to try on others and we got to 3 but nothing came close to the first dress she tried on. The whole experience for us was so special. We finished off with lunch at the prestigious Wild Plum above the shop and we simply didn’t need to go into Harrogate as our wishes were fulfilled right here. There’s also parking right outside the door. Highly recommended for any special occasion. Oh there’s a casual section too with jewellery, a few gifts such as candles etc, so something for everyone. I have been to the shop on two occasions the first with out a appointment the second time with a appointment both times felt uncomfortable. advised i had seen a dress on line advised to look for it. my appointment was at 2 pm did not get seen as the lady i was booked in with was on a late lunch so was 30 minutes behind when eventually seen none of the dress advertised on reels were in stock or only had minimal sizes when asked if i could order in store was advised no but you can order on line pushing dress not even remotely like advised i wanted . really disappointed in the service of the shop and the lady on the videos shared needs to remember with out customer there is no shop on the plus side the lady who helping was very friendly
