I’ve used the dulux centre a few times over the years. More recently on a couple of click and collect orders. Both people that called were so lovely and pleasant, one really cheery voicemail left and when collecting my order the welcome was just as nice. I’ve also been appreciative of the experience given when i was trying to purchase paint for an out of town decorator. Customer service seems to be sadly lacking nowadays but the team at Dulux Harrogate have got it spot on, a lot of other retailers could take note ☺️
