Excellent knowledgeable service. As a female I sometimes feel uncomfortable in trade orientated places but man serving wasn't at all patronising and a gentleman, even helped me carry my paint to the car. Highly recommend

Had a great experience with the Harrogate office. Hayley and Paul were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Not impressed with the service here. The price of the paint I was told would go up to over £50.00 for a 5 litre container if I waited 3 days, from £35.00 approx. The price for a 2.5 litre container was the same price, £35.00!!!!!!!!!! I was stuck because I was tight for time and the customer wanted the colour for their brochure, so I had to buy it very reluctantly. I got the feeling I was been ripped off big time, and the speed they prepared the paint gave me the impression they wanted to give me the paint sso that I could not change my mind. I will never go to this place for paint again, there are plenty of others. I will make sure I am not pressed for time next time so as not to be ripped off.

Rude staff. Staff are there to answer any questions you have about your purchase, I don't expect to be spoken down to for not knowing everything about paint. Safe to say I went elsewhere.
