We are in love with our new ensuite bathroom! We spent a long time considering ways of getting it all fitted and researching different companies. We went with Passmore in the end because we trusted that it would be a smooth process, as they provide the full works (apart from painting). It wasn’t cheap but well worth it for the peace of mind, convenience and high quality finish. Our fitter Adam was a really friendly nice man and did a terrific job.

We had a total bathroom refit from More Bathrooms. They have a nice showroom tucked away behind M&S and we were seen by their designer Andy. We found what we wanted but we were not advised about ceiling coverings to complete the look, we managed to add this on before the work started. We agreed a start date but they were unable to start until 2 days later .The first fitter did a couple of weeks or so and worked a relatively short working day, took a day off and had some 'sick' days plus time off. His work was good though and he had to change all the pipes so no complaints apart from a little damage. The second fitter left after an hour complaining of feeling unwell then they sent Ben a day later to complete it. He was great and finished our small bathroom in a couple of days. The toilet flush needed a couple of extra visits to fix a fault. So the work took over three weeks to complete which obviously was very inconvenient!! This was just our experience and I am sure not normal as lots of great reviews are online? Note they want the money paid before completing with a small balance to pay. We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Kitchen rather than bathroom friendly and helpful. Early days yet but first experience good. Better signage if possible for Harrogate showroom would be helpful

Friendly helpful staff who were aware of all the types of baths, taps etc that would suit a particular bathroom. Very pleased with the service so far

Bathroom was well designed and end product looks good Final cost consistent with quote, no hidden extras. Job completed within the timeframe quoted.
