Called in to see outdoor chairs but they weren't in stock. Had a nice chat with staff and they agreed that I could return free of charge if they weren't what I wanted after delivery. The chairs are lovely, excellent quality. Thank you so much folks for all your help!

Harrogate was crazy busy so had difficulty parking. So my husband dropped me off & I hot footed it up to the Showroom. A big thank you to Izzy, who helped me find the pieces of furniture that I had seen online but wanted to view in person before deciding to make a purchase. Izzy was so lovely, and very helpful. She showed me the dining tables in 4 & 6 seat configuration, and how to extend the table. Furniture now delivered & in place in my dining hall. Thanks for your help Izzy x

Just received order of a table and 4 chairs. Except there was no table top and no hardware to assemble. My order email indicates that the entire table was delivered, but that’s not the case. Delivery company was useless and didn’t know why and Cotswold has no explanation thus far. So left with half a table and 4 chairs and no idea when the rest is coming. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately we live about an hour and a half away from Harrogate, but decided we need to see the standard of bedroom furniture before making a sizeable purchase of wardrobes and drawers for our bedroom. The staff there were very helpful and so we went ahead with the purchase. Cotswold as a company were excellent, keeping us informed of the potential delivery date which went ahead on the anticipated day and the delivery guys were superb at building up the wardrobes and three sets of drawers, removing all the waste and leaving us in a tidy state. The only downside was minor, in that a spare set of handles had one missing. I rang through to Harrogate who immediately passed the message on to the central Customer Services who made contact within an hour. They not only sorted out the missing handle but were extremely helpful in a couple of other queries that I raised and the day concluded with me thinking what a great company Cotswold is. As pensioners, we have experience of buying furniture over the years from many retailers and have used Cotswold a number of times previously. They have always been customer centric and once again the service has been first class. Thank you Cotswold and the excellent delivery company BJS Home Delivery.

Ordered several pieces of furniture on line from this company we were immediately advised it was out of stock but decided to wait for it anyway. So pleased we did furniture is lovely just what we wanted, perfect colour, sturdy and well made. Excellent delivery, the drivers called 30 minutes beforehand to advise of exact time and brought the furniture into the house. It’s well packed and wrapped. Would certainly use this company again and when next in Harrogate will call in. Thanks again.
