VERY DISSATISFIED…BEWARE !! We bought 2 very expensive Helena sofas two years ago. Despite daily pumping, brushing and rotating ( as instructed by A&J’s Master Upholsterer ), they just look a crumpled mess after sitting on them. A&J just say this appearance is “ very typical of sofas “, and that’s it !!

Couldn't fault the service from Deborah today, we walked in confused about what we wanted and she made the process so simple. She had great interior knowledge and the beautiful showroom made it easy to vision our new sofa! Thank you so much for making what we were finding very painful at other stores a pain free process!

Avoid this place and buy from a reliable source. (check Trust Pilot - I'm not alone) 1st order placed Feb 2020 - they went into administration, refused to refund the item - understandable, as it was related to Laura Ashley going bust (they share a supplier). Order 2 placed,15th June, lead time 6-8 weeks. Now on week 15, many phone calls later and they are telling me it'll be another 5 weeks. The other google reviews appear to be only of the showroom experience, which I agree is pleasant and yes - they clearly have good product.

Wonderful showroom, so spacious and welcoming. Staff were really friendly, even asked if I wanted a drink! They also have car parking for their customers which makes such a difference! Will definitely be going back here to purchase my sofas.
