I've just taken delivery of 3 more Dupion banded shades which are beautiful. Fantastic company to deal with - highly professional ladies who 'man the phones' and give an amazing standard of customer service. A real pleasure to buy from them.

Recently ordered a chandelier from this company. I have to say i am very impressed. The prices were really competitive and the customer service was brilliant. I had a problem with some bulbs going and they sent me some replacements out free of charge which was a really nice touch and goes above and beyond. I really couldn't ask for more and i just want to say thanks for the service and keep up the good work.

I love how I can call and speak to a person right away. And they truly do care about my concerns and respond with a solution right away. They have given me lampshade recommendations for awkward looking lamps, and have been so flexible to make ordering and buying so easy.
