Really disappointed that despite providing detailed drawings of what we wanted and being promised a quotation within 10 -14 days it never materialised. The reason provided when I chased was that they were too busy. Shame, but it ended up being a waste of time and effort and delayed us by two weeks.
After sales experience was appalling ! ! !
