Excellent service, product, and delivery! We were met with friendly faces who were more than willing and ready to help us with our search for a chair to help my dad during a particularly difficult and sensitive time for our family. Olly quickly mobilised his team (I believe it was John who helped us), and together they found us the perfect one that both suited our needs and looked exactly how we wanted to match our existing decor! As our requirements meant we needed something quickly, and we were so so grateful to have the delivery within the week. It's also worth noting that the delivery people were a complete reflection of the care and excellence we experienced in the store, thank you! We're now the proud owners of a new chair which not only provides a huge level of assistance, but also looks great in our home. We can't thank the team enough!

We purchased two sofa's about 5 years ago and decided to purchase two reclining chairs. All our original information was on file including the fabric of our sofa's. The staff were attentive when we needed assistance and the purchase of the chairs was very efficient. I am more than pleased with the whole experience.

I have just had a table and chairs delivered and am thrilled with them. The whole experience has been one that you would hope for , but don't always find. This is a company who from the advice initially -which was spot on ,to the delivery men today who assembled and were warm, friendly and assembled everything for me -was quite simply brilliant!

After having a less than ideal experience with a "reputable" high street bed company I found Smiths of Harrogate through a quick Google search. The service was superb, no question was too much, and the staff I spoke to were super cheery. The mattress was delivered today and I can't wait to get a good nights sleep.

Excellent purchase experience. Good old fashioned service and care. My Ercol lamp table is on order and I’m looking forward to receiving and enjoying it. Special thanks to John Chamberlain for going that extra mile. Kind, friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more than that. I won’t hesitate to return to Smiths for my future furniture requirements.
