They have useful visual colour boards and we were able to have our choice created in store while we carried on shopping. Picked up the ready made paint later on in the day. Great service and helpful staff.

The staff in here really know their stuff and are extremely helpful. Not just selling you paint but give really good advice and suggestions going well above and beyond the call of duty. Their design suggestions were really helpful and stopped me making some bad colour decisions. I've been in several times and both ladies have been really helpful and knowledgeable. Despite a busy phone line and shop they try to attend to everyone with equal care. And of course I love the paint. My whole house is Farrow and ball and I wouldn't have it any other way! You get what you pay for and there is a huge, huge choice.
