Their after sales repair support needs improvement. My mother has very recently lost her husband, and on top of that, the gas fire fitted by this company will not light, so she cannot keep warm, particularly with winter coming, We have been waiting for 2 weeks now for a call from an engineer, and have been consistently fobbed off by the shop. This fireplace needs urgent repair, and what this company is doing is letting down their loyal customers. Shame on you.

Nick and his team did a fantastic job of restoring our fireplace and putting in a new gas fire. They took so much care in replacing all the granite (including the hearth) and laying new tiles around the fire and the new gas fire looks fantastic and works so well. Nick was always great with contact and flexible around coming at times that worked for us. Would really recommend.

Nick and his team did exactly what he said they would. Our old gas fire was broken and parts to fix it not available so we had to order a new fire. The fire was inset into a marble fireplace. When he told us that they would have to remove the fireplace first, to replace the fire, we were very concerned that the wallpaper may get damaged in the process. Nick assured us they could perform “key hole” surgery and the wallpaper would be fine. That is exactly what happened. Thank you to Nick and his team.

The installer came round to carry out a survey so that they could provide a quote. I've not heard from them since, despite chasing them for the quote. Based on the reviews, I think I'll consider this a lucky escape.

Excellent choice of fireplaces on display. Nick and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the install they did for us was faultless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a quality fireplace and most important, a top class finish! 👍
