Harrogate Beaverbrooks offer an outstanding level of service, knowledge, and most importantly, listen to you as a customer whilst going through the options available. The shop was very well presented, the team there all incredibly helpful, with Claire, the Manager doing a very good job and clearly well respected by her team. It was quite late on a Sunday when I popped in, and the service could not have been more helpful. They were also very welcoming of my dog, which put me at ease and meant I could relax and not feel rushed. I left the store having made my intended purchase, and would recommend anyone shopping for a watch or jewelry to make sure they pay a visit to Beaverbrooks Harrogate. At the end of the day, people buy people first and I would be more than happy to return to be served by the same team. 10/10.

My husband treat himself to a new watch. Bailey looked after us very well nothing was to much trouble. He is very personable yet professional he knew the story behind the watch which my husband was very impressed with. He also set the watch for my husband, he even got us a beer and glass of bubbles which helps. We have chatted to Bailey a few times before he was very happy to show us anything we’d like to look at. I came here to buy a watch & honestly had such a good experience. All members of staff were so friendly & helpful. Lottie helped me with my purchase & she was the sweetest🤍so helpful & made the whole process very easy. I’m so obsessed with my watch & couldn’t be happier. Top tier service.. highly recommend.

Russ was fantastic. I was just passing by and Russ came out to say hello and introduce us to Panerai watches. He is the best salesman I have ever encountered in any industry, and I hope he gets the credit he deserves. We were invited in with drinks and to chat about all things watches, mainly Panerai, and all manner of things. He was not pushy for me to buy a watch and was more than accommodating at any time for me to revisit the store for either a chat or to buy. If the store offered Tudor, I think I would've left with a new piece!

Had a truly wonderful experience today, being looked after by Bailey and Jared. After years of yearning, I finally purchased my first Breitling. Whilst (regrettably!) it was not purchased from them (I did not realise they existed until today), I took it in for some links to be removed. They treated myself and my nine year old son as if we had indeed just spend a large portion of money with them. They gave excellent advice, looked after us impeccably and I will be certain to return, not only for future servicing etc. but also for my next Breitling purchase. Thank you gents, it was a pleasure to meet you.
