Absolutely fabulous!!! I had an old ring shank that had lost its diamond. It has great sentimental value as my dad had bought one for my mum and one for me. It's called a dancing diamond and is unusual as the diamond slides along the ring. It was made in Hong Kong back in 1973. I have 2 daughters who I can now pass a dancing diamond on to each of them since my mother sadly passed away. Would highly recommend Crown Jewellers! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and take the time to listen to make sure you get exactly what you want. The diamond fell out of my engagement ring, which had been made by a jeweller in Otley. Crown Jewellers did a superb job repairing the ring - a friendly, fast and efficient service. I had forgotten how shiny the ring originally was!!! I would 100% recommend Sue and Steve for all your jewellery requirements!

I visited this family owned jewellers recently. I had an old gold necklace handed down that wasn’t the style for me and I wanted to get a nice fine chain for my daughter’s 17th. My intention was to trade in the necklace for a suitable one for my daughter. Steve and Sue were so welcoming and friendly. They assessed the necklace and offered a price. They didn’t think they had a fine chain to suit but Steve then remembered a very small one he had. It was absolutely perfect. The difference in what I received for my necklace was also very welcome and allowed a few driving lessons as an additional gift! Went in today to sell a piece of jewellery after visiting 2 other jewellers in Harrogate. Not only did I receive the best price from Steve and Sue, I also felt confident that both parties were happy with the deal. Not once did I feel under pressure and would definitely return. I highly recommend this shop.
