My Husband bought me the most beautiful necklace from Harrogate Jewellers and it's absolutely perfect. From finding a necklace I wanted online, to messaging Abbey and her showing me various options, everything was super easy and it was ready in a matter of days. I popped into Harrogate Jewellers to ask if they could check my diamond engagement ring after catching the clasp a few times. Although they don’t repair jewellery they haven’t supplied, Gavin was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly inspect my ring and recommend a trusted local goldsmith for the repair. Such amazing service, and the showroom is absolutely beautiful. I’ve definitely dropped a hint to my husband about where to go when he’s next treating me!

We are thrilled with our wedding rings from the Harrogate Jewellers. The whole process was flawless from start to finish. From the first consultation we knew we were in safe hands. The showroom is beautiful and Abbey put us at ease instantly. She listened to what we wanted and made great suggestions, showing us multiple options etc. we felt listened to and guided throughout. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Gavin and Abbey at Harrogate Jewellers were brilliant, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the whole experience of choosing the engagement ring feel really special and completely stress-free. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers is second to none.
