I could not be happier with Sarah and the team at Legacy. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. From our very first discussion Sarah took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my likes and dislikes and that was evident based on the examples she shared in our first meeting and the designs that she created. The biggest problem was choosing which of the designs to go with! I asked about a possible tweak to one design and received an updated design very quickly. Sarah wants you to love your design so takes the time to get it just right for you. Once the final design had been chosen Sarah kept me regularly updated throughout the process and I am absolutely thrilled with the final piece. It brought tears to my eyes when I first saw it and brings me joy on a daily basis. The skill within the team is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy to others or use them again in the future for other pieces.

I’ve been following Sarah’s page for a while now. When my mother passed away last year I had several pieces of inherited jewellery that didn’t fit as they had tiny fingers. I gave Sarah several pieces and to say the two items she made surpassed all my expectations. The theme of water and ice are close to my heart being a swimming teacher. The ring and necklace are breathtaking and I’ve had several compliments on both. Thank you for your service.

My experience of Legacy Jewellery could not have been better. From beginning to end the service was impecable - both professional and personal. I was initially nervous doing all the planning on line and sending my old jewerelly via the post but any early fears were unfounded and the process was smooth and went without a hitch. Sarah was kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble in helping me craft my two "new" rings. I have received so many compliments on my fabulous and unique diamond ring and my daughter was really overwhelmed with her 30th Birthday present that has a 38 year old story. I had been following this company on instagram for a long time and have absolutely loved seeing the jewellery that’s been designed, so I decided when my husband passed away to have not just 1 but 2 pieces made , a gorgeous pendant that included a very special diamond and a show stopper ring that has caught the attention of everyone when I wear it . I love both pieces, they are special and unique. Attention to detail is so precise with quality and care . I was shown various ideas of design via email as I could not be there in person due to the distance. I was updated regularly by email , WhatsApp and phone calls and was ready on the date chosen in advance . Excellent service and a lovely family business that cares about their creations for the individual person . 10/10

If like me you have jewellery you don’t wear then look no further than legacy. I had a diamond pendant and matching earrings that were just laying in a drawer so contacted Legacy about repurposing them into a ring - which I knew I would wear. The experience was phenomenal. The staff are amazing. You are kept informed every step of the way. The choices they presented me with were amazing and the end result was WOW!!! Thank you to everyone at Legacy and I now have a piece of jewellery to enjoy and admire
