Ogden of Harrogate

We had a lovely experience hosted by Hollie who took us through the specifics of a rather special ring my partner had been longing after. We were able to view it in daylight and take pictures in different accents of light in various mirrors within the establishment for a prolonged period. We would like to thank everyone at Ogdens Jeweller's in Harrogate and York for their support in my fiancé's magical quest of owning the engagement ring of her dreams.

Amazing customer service and I will no doubt use them again. Fantastic watch at a brilliant price. I dealt with them over the phone and they were so knowledgeable, willi g to help and I couldn't have hoped for a better service.

I ordered a Georg Jensen, stainless steel box (which I love) from this shop. The merchandise arrived quickly and was carefully packaged. The receipt was hand written - I loved this personal touch. I’d definitely order from Ogden again and will visit next time I’m in Harrogate. The only thing which would’ve been more helpful is being able to accurately track the parcel (so I could arrange delivery to a safe place whilst I was at work).

This was our first visit and I am so pleased we went inside. The gentleman who attended to us was very professional and friendly, Offered useful, helpful advice and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy anything. Left the decision entirely down to myself. Very superior attitude from the woman we spoke with. I understand that some jewellers don't take on certain jobs but there was no need to grimace as we spoke. Every other jeweller in Harrogate we spoke to (four of them!) were more obliging, willing to listen, and helpful.
